How to enter
Getting involved is quick and easy:
- Find our contest post: Head over to our official social media page and find the Y Discovery Camp Memories contest post.
- Share your memory: Leave a comment on the post telling us about your favourite camp memory, or share a picture of your camp experience in the comments.
- Win: You will automatically go into the draw to win a cozy Y Discovery Camp hoodie!

Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is The Y (YMCA) Victoria.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all Australian residents. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent to participate. Employees of The Y and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The competition opens on Thursday 30 April and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Thursday 14 May. Entries received outside of this promotional period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must comment on the official Y Discovery Camp Memories contest social media post with a story or a photo detailing their favourite Y Discovery Camp memory. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The Prize
The prize consists of one (1) official Y Discovery Camp Hoodie. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
6. Prize Draw and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries. The draw will take place on Thursday 14 May. The winner will be notified via a direct message on the social media platform used to enter within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a redraw will occur.
7. Privacy and Content Usage
By entering the competition, you agree to let The Y use your submitted comment or photo for promotional purposes across our digital channels. We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. General
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media platforms on which it is hosted. By participating, entrants agree to release the platform from any liability related to this contest.
