Once we receive your enquiry, we will be in contact to see if we can confirm the booking.
Once your booking is confirmed you'll be able to manage it through an online system called Venue 360, which you can access via your desktop or mobile.
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to start your booking process.
How to enquire
First, find the camp best suited to your needs using Camps Finder.
Once you know which camp you'd like to visit, click on the relevant camp below. This will take you to a booking enquiry form which you should fill in and submit. This will include information like group number, preferred and alternative dates etc.
Can we accommodate you?
Once you have submitted an enquiry, we will aim to get back to you the next working day. We will email you and let you know if it's a yes, no, or maybe about whether we can accommodate your booking.
Once we've let you know if we can accommodate you, you'll need to confirm via email if you want to go ahead with the booking, and provide us with some details like your group name and the group's primary contact details.
We will email the primary contact with the booking paperwork (deposit invoice, booking form, terms and conditions of hire and our price list or quote). We'll also invite the primary contact to access Venue 360 (the online system we use for managing camp bookings).
The primary contact should sign and complete the booking documents (physically or electronically) and either email the scanned documents back to us or submit them via Venue 360.
The primary contact should then pay the deposit to YMCA Camps (we will provide payment details). Once we have received both the deposit payment and the signed booking form, the booking will be confirmed via email.
Tell us more about your booking
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send the primary contact a task list that needs to be completed within Venue 360 within a certain timeframe. This includes things like final group numbers, dietary requirements, medical conditions, and additional support requirements. Learn more about our inclusion practices.
