Meet Chris – Manager at Howmans Gap

Chris joined the Y in March 2025 and has been loving life on the mountain ever since. For him, no two days are the same at Howmans Gap, and that’s what makes it so special. Surrounded by stunning mountain vistas, wildlife, and a team of fascinating staff, Chris finds inspiration in every moment.

Outside of work, Chris is all about cycling, mountain sports, coffee, and cars. But his true passion? Spending time with his two Dobermans, Rosa and Enzo, and his partner Hollie. His favorite way to start the day? A double espresso, his dogs on his lap, and a moment of peace in his favorite chair.
