We offer a range of accommodation including shared rooms, private rooms and accessible rooms for people with disabilities. All our accommodation options are warm, clean and comfortable. Rooms include modern amenities - ideal for families, community groups and school groups. Howmans Gap is able to accommodate up to 208 people comfortably.

Private rooms
Like our shared rooms, private rooms are affordable and comfortable - but with one difference: your group doesn't have to share with other groups.
Features:- two to seven people per room
- bunk beds
- bedding - sleeping bags are required, but guests should bring their own linen (which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow and towel) - alternatively, guests can hire linen
- shared modern bathroom facilities
- accessible rooms and bathroom facilities
- drying room – wet ski boots and coats saturated with snow will become a thing of the past with our large drying room available to all guests
- bike / ski shed – be sure to keep your cross country skis in prime skiing condition with our shed available to all Howmans guests
- dining hall - with catering available for two to three meals per day
- lounge room — board games, library and projector for movie nights
- games room – Plenty of games for the family; table tennis, foosball table and pool table

Accessible accommodation
Howmans Gap is proud to provide guests with disabilities with the Access All Abilities (AAA) Building. The purpose-built facility is the first of its kind in the southern hemisphere, and supports greater access for a much broader section of our community to be able to enjoy the alpine environment.
Comprising of 33 beds organised into six rooms with specialised bunk-beds and en-suite bathrooms. The facility also boasts the only changing places bathroom above the snowline in Australia.
