Indoor facilities

The fun doesn't stop outdoors! You can access a range of indoor facilities suitable for all types of groups including our:

  • dining hall
  • kitchenette / servery
  • meeting rooms
  • movies
  • table tennis and poly pong table
  • recreation hall
  • whiteboards.

Meeting facilities

Our fully equipped conference and meeting facilities are available for hire and cater to all your professional needs. Our areas are ideal for short meetings or longer conferences.

Each of our areas listed below for hire can be set up with:

  • AV equipment including data projector, TV, DVD player, microphone, speakers, disco lights
  • free WiFi available on request.

Indoor meeting areas

Our biggest area for hire is the recreation hall, with adjoining outdoor decks overlooking Port Phillip Bay (seats 200) and adjoining meeting room (seats 25). 

The recreation hall can be set up with:

  • AV equipment including data projector, DVD player, microphone, and speakers
  • adjustable stage
  • ceiling mounted disco lighting system
  • kitchenette and servery area.

We have a number of other indoor spaces available to hire (ideal for short meetings or longer conferences) including:

  • recreation room adjoining the dining room (seats 80 people)
  • leaders/teachers’ lounge (seats 20 people)
  • Regatta House recreation room (seats 40 people).

Outdoor meeting area

If you’re looking to spend a bit more time in the great outdoors, you can take advantage of one of our outdoor meeting spaces. Groups can hire our:

  • central courtyard with bench seating
  • central quadrangle adjacent to dining room
  • heritage outdoor chapel
  • outdoor amphitheatre / campfire circle.
