We offer a range of outdoor leisure facilities ideal for getting active and exploring the great outdoors. You can make use of our basketball and beach volleyball court, grassed sports area, campfire and variety of nature trails. You can also keep your skis in prime skiing condition in our ski & waxing / bike shed.

Indoor facilities
Should you be faced with a rainy or heavy snow day, we have an excellent range of indoor facilities providing great alternatives for all types of groups.
Alpine Accessible Accommodation Building
We have a universal design accessibility building - a great accommodation choice for guests with disabilities.
Games room
Our games room is equipped with: table tennis, a pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Kitchen
Self-catering stays have access to our kitchen. This is not available during prescribed winter period. Find out more about catering.
Dining room
The dining room accommodates over 170 people seated. The dining room can be set up with a projector, DVD player, stereo and white board facilities.
Lounge room
The lounge room is ideally suited for passive recreation activities such as: concerts, dances, meetings, relaxing and reading, board and card games, and watching films and videos. Television, DVD player and stereo facilities are available for use by guests.
Drying rooms
Wet ski boots and coats saturated with snow will become a thing of the past with our drying rooms available to all guests. As well as our indoor facilities, we also provide a range of accommodation.
Meeting facilities
Howmans Gap is an ideal location for short meetings and longer conferences.
The following areas are available for hire:
- conference / theatre room (seats 80)
- dining area (seats 170)
- lounge area (seats 60)
- activity / recreation room (seats 40)
Rooms can be set up with a data projector and screen, whiteboards, DVD player, additional seating and tables.
During breaks in programs or free time, groups can use our outdoor and indoor recreation facilities.
